Catherine M. Borm
Controller
Catherine Borm is responsible for all company, fund and project accounting operations and financial reporting.
Borm brings almost 20 years of accounting and finance experience in a variety of industries and platforms, most recently at Hawkeye Partners, LP, a real estate private equity firm, where she implemented the investment accounting software and developed investor compliance programs and performance measurement processes in addition to financial reporting responsibilities.
Prior to Hawkeye, Borm was a controller for Freescale Semiconductor where she was responsible for the corporate accounting for real estate facilities in over 100 locations worldwide. Borm also gained valuable public company financial reporting experience while at JP Morgan Chase as a senior financial analyst with roles in the Corporate Accounting and the SEC and External Reporting groups. Prior to JP Morgan Chase she was the controller for a manufacturing company and assistant controller for an environmental services company. |
