Albert F. deBerardinis serves as a project manager for JMI Realty’s project design and construction management team. He is responsible for project management activities involving JMI Realty’s development assets.

deBerardinis has worked in downtown San Diego for more than 22 years, most recently on the Omni San Diego Hotel and The Metropolitan Condominiums, TR Office and Retail, and 16th & Market Workforce/Affordable Housing Project.

In addition to his work in downtown San Diego, deBerardinis completed the development of Paseo del Mar, a 232,000-square-foot Class-A office campus in the Del Mar heights office submarket of San Diego and La Pacifica, a 30-acre master planned industrial complex in Oceanside.

Prior to joining JMI Realty, deBerardinis worked on the One America Plaza project, James R. Mills Building, South Chula Vista Library (all receiving Golden Orchid awards), as well as the Rohr Office Complex, Gateway Medical Center and National City Police Headquarters.  He also led the project management services for various projects outside of San Diego County including:  FBI buildings in Kansas City, Baltimore, and New Orleans, a 150,000- square-foot GSA building in Boise, Idaho, and Cargo Search facilities in California, Texas and the United Arab Emirates.
