Island Village is a four-city block urban, residential master plan including two blocks of mid-rise condominium projects, one block of 281 affordable rental units and a to-be-determined residential project. The development includes a transit-oriented condominium project which is located adjacent to an MTBD Trolley Station. JMI Realty and its partner, Monarch Group, were responsible for the land assemblage and master planning of the project and processed preliminary entitlements prior to sale.
Island Village Apartments, a development by Barone Galasso & Associates, consists of 281 studio apartments and 20,000 square feet of retail space. This project offers much needed affordable and rent restricted residential units to the market. Island Village Apartments is located on the block bound by Market Street, Island Avenue, Park Boulevard and 13th Avenue.
Park Boulevard West is a 6-story, 120-unit transit-oriented condominium project developed by DR Horton. The project is adjacent to an MTDB Trolley Station. Park Boulevard West is located on the block bound by Market Street, Island Avenue, 11th Avenue and Park Boulevard.
M2i is a 230-unit, 7-story condominium project developed by CityMark Development. M2i is located on a full city block between Market Street, Island Avenue, 10th Avenue, and 11th Avenue.
