| East Village District Plant (EVDP) is a chilled water production facility developed to serve the cooling needs of the Ballpark District development projects. EVDP has been designed to provide approximately 10,000 peak tons through eight-1,300 ton chillers. Currently, EVDP houses four 1,300 ton chillers and provides chilled water services to PETCO Park, the Omni San Diego Hotel, The Metropolitan Condominiums, Legend, Park Terrace and Diamond View Tower. EVDP is planning an additional expansion that will more than double current capacity to accomodate other large customers in the area. |
