Ballpark Village, 7.1 acres located adjacent to PETCO Park, represents the largest contiguous and undeveloped land remaining in downtown San Diego. The Master Plan calls for approximately 3.0 million square feet of mixed-use residential, retail, hotel and office development on the acreage. Once completed, the projects on these properties should represent more than $1.5 billion of additional construction activity in downtown San Diego.
