Taylor Vreeland is responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, and conducting financial and feasibility analysis for JMI Realty’s acquisition and development projects. His primary responsibilities include developing financial models and proformas, supporting debt and equity financing activities, and providing research support.
Vreeland holds experience in underwriting an array of real estate property types and is proficient in modeling complex financial structures. In an acquisition role, he focuses on forensic due diligence and project valuation analysis. On JMI Realty’s development projects, Vreeland assists in project management and coordination of consultants, architects, operators, lenders, investors and other project stakeholders.
